Thomas is just the SWEETEST! Absolutely adore the Staff here. They take really food care of their tenants. Quite neighborhood with spacious Apartments.
In the 10 years I have lived at MAA Beverly Crest, I have come to appreciate more and more the many advantages of living here. The location is hard to beat - less than 15 minutes from SouthPark, Matthews, Ballantyne, and so much more. The grounds are beautifully and meticulously maintained. I saw in the newsletter that we have a new guy, Thomas. Under MAA, I requested that my chimney be checked because of a noise it was making like a bird or something. I didn't know the name of the person who checked it, but I bet it was Thomas. He was very polite, thorough and took every measure to ensure there was nothing in the chimney. If this was him could you please give him 5 stars! He was fantastic! He was also very quick to respond to my request! Thanks
Thomas fixed a light bulb on my unit. Very professional and charismatic.
