More smart home intrusive crap (they are installing screens in our apartments) Useless gates causing more of a hassle without providing a remote - you have to get out of your car to reach the fob placement! Disgusting dirty pool - needs a good scrub of the bottom. Maintenance keeps their stuff in shipping containers that have been there so long they have sunk into the ground! Build some garages and move your storage in there! Myriam is the only good thing about this place.
Wonderful place to live. Well-managed, and in such a great location. I do wish there was pedestrian and cyclist-friendly access to the adjacent shared-use path that leads to the parks/greenway. Safe access to these facilities should be encouraged. Maryam, Jessica, Elijah, Randy, Cory, Demetrice, and Leroy all treated me with professionalism. I had a great experience living there.
Maryam was amazing helping my roommate and I with the move in process!! There couldn’t be a kinder person working for this complex. She answered any and all questions we had with patience and true professionalism. We are so happy to call MAA Bellevue our new home!
While searching all over Bellevue and west Nashville I found this hidden gem. I at minimum looked at over 10 apartment complexes and each one I visited I was left with questions not answered. When I arrived here I was instantly greeted with smiles and a feeling of home. Maryam the property manager took me on a tour of the whole property not leaving out a single detail.
