Love it here. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The move-in process was so easy. I came in to a clean apartment and it looked brand new. Maryam was the best at helping me move from out of state. This is one of the best places in Bellevue for the price. Coming back to edit this review that I left when I first moved in from a 5/5 to a 4/5. I have loved living here for the last three years and I would honestly stay but it's just not affordable to renew my lease. My base rent when I first moved in January of 2023 was $1458. I wanted to say that Maryam and her team were excellent. They made it real easy to move into a upgraded unit. My wife and I are very grateful for all the professionalism the staff gives.

Reviews and completes any issues with a quick and successful resolution. Leasing Staff - High quality, open communication, resolves timely and solving problems effectively. Maintenance Team - These men are excellent, respectful and explain what they are doing for the specific task they are handling All request are handled timely and professionally.
lived here for a little under a year and it was amazing! elijah and jessica have fabulous attitudes and are always happy to help. i definitely miss this place!! i’m happy to have experienced such a wonderful community in nashville!
