The appartments are nice. Whoever owns it has no consideration or care for there actual residents. Just a typical corporate greed conglomerate that has no empathy for people who have lived there for years. Thats all.

I had a great experience living at this apartment complex. Maryam, Jessica, and Elijah in the office has always been friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. The maintenance team, John, Randy, Cory, Demetrice, and Leroy, always handle requests promptly, and the team does a great job keeping everything running smoothly. Though I have some sadness in leaving MAA BELLEVUE after nearly 4 1/2 years it is time to move on. I loved my 3rd floor, 1 bedroom, open space apartment and it's balcony facing the Burch Reserve in Edwin Warner park. My pittbull, Winston and I lived out there when the weather permitted. (A HUGE plus is that there are no breed restrictions here and no incidents that I am aware of.) I loved being surrounded by all that nature provided.
