This complex has the most cockroaches I've ever seen. I've caught 7 in the last 2 weeks. Not sure if they do pest control, but it isn't working.
Very homey and love the location. It's a gated community a n d smart home which is amazing. Neighbors are great and welcoming, and i wish I could have an assign parking or garage but other than that its great.
Edit: worked with us to not increase rent at renewal as unit was going for significantly less across the complex. Per public SEC investor filings, MAA aims to increase 5%+ for renewals, but it was nice to know this was negotiable prior review statement: Some aspects of the community are very nice, and the location is really the standout feature.
