10/10 recommend moving here. The best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Maintenance responds faster than anyone before. The office staff is super sweet and very helpful.
Overall content with the apartment. Noise from DART and street is pretty loud (I am facing the DART) but you get used to it. The apartment was dusty and there were couple appliances (sink faucet, blinds, windows) that needed to be replaced/fixed upon move in but nothing too major or bad and the maintenance team is very responsive, friendly, and good (shoutout to Raul!).
