Живемо тут більше року. Із плюсів: швидке реагування адміністрації офісу, приємні працівники і обслуговуючий персонал, на території дуже гарно та чисто, особисто у нас дуже гарний вигляд з вікна на озеро, є великий дитячий майданчик та територія де можна прогулятись пішки. З мінусів — пліснява в будинку на вікнах та шумні кондиціонери прямо під вікнами, кухня темного кольору. В цілому, приємний комплекс для життя з дітьми.

Has its ups and downs but multiple times a week they "leaf blow" the whole parking lot early in the morning, and it has woken me up and kept me awake countless times. Sometimes we watch maintenance blow literally nothing around for 30 minutes. Actually waiting for them to stop running the machine for no reason in the same spot so I can go back to bed right now

I`ve lived at MAA Ballantyne for the past 8 years and it`s been a positive experience. Maintenance responds promptly and their work is excellent. Shout out to William who went above and beyond the other day with cleaning my patio and the furniture there. He took his time with it and it looks spotless! Also the ladies in the office are amazing to work with! Meghan and Stacy are patient, understanding, empathetic, and efficient!
