MAA Ballantyne is a great place to live! The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I’ve had a great experience here and would definitely recommend MAA Ballantyne to anyone looking for a quality apartment community in the area.
This property has a fire alarm problem. Every other weekend the fire alarms go off in the middle of the night repeatedly and ensure you can't sleep. Unlivable. Absolutely don't rent here. You'll regret it when you wake up three times a night to the loudest alarms ever for no reason.
I have lived in five different apartments around Charlotte, and MAA Ballantyne is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. If you enjoy living in a cockroach-infested apartment, then MAA Ballantyne is the place for you! From day one of living in the apartment, we had issues. A cockroach crawled across my foot in the master bathroom and slipped underneath the molding before we had a chance to kill it. It's a truly cosmopolitan community, well connected and has the best school district. Everything is nearby grocery store, medical care, restaurants. Bowl is the best place to hangout which is at a walking distance. Best place for kids to grow up. Safe place too. Megan at leasing office has been truly helpful and accommodating. Appreciate your help. Best wishes to the staff. I enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely recommend this community to all my friends.
Used to live here for 10 years, quality declined after it went from Post to MAA.
