Leon was very nice and professional. Got things resolved quickly.
We've lived in MAA Ballantyne for over 4 years now and have had a wonderful experience here. The community is well-suited for singles, couples and families of all ages. It's walking distance to Harris Teeter and to The Bowl. The office staff are kind and helpful and the service manager, Faustino, is fantastic!
Faustino is good employee and very friendly.he will resolve her issue asap.
We have had issues with the fridge, dishwasher and kitchen faucet on different occasions. But the maintenance crew and especially Leon has always gotten it fixed in time. We are very thankful to him for his excellent work.
