We lived in this apartment for a year and got tired of living with cockroaches; we called exterminators twice, but it didn't help. The cockroaches were there from the very first day. We are very disappointed.
I am writing to document a very disappointing and frustrating experience at MAA Ballantyne regarding parking enforcement. My vehicle had been parked near my residence for approximately one day while I am in the process of finalizing registration after purchasing it from a family member. I've been here almost 17 years now, so they must be doing something right. Right? The maintenance crew is great and office staff are friendly and responsive. The location, in the heart of Ballantyne, puts me in close proximity to medical, retail and dining locations. Plus, the apartments are huge!
We have lived here for several years and love it. The playground is fun for kids of all ages, they keep it well mulched, the walking trails and pool are also terrific. The staff is really nice and helpful. If you need something fixed it's done by the next day. People are always out walking and it feels like a real community.
I’ve lived at MAA Ballantyne for three years now and am heading into my fourth year, which truly speaks to how positive my experience has been. The apartments are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. MAA does a great job staying on top of pest control, as issues with bugs or spiders are very rare.
