I’ve lived at MAA Addison Circle on two separate occasions (2016 & 2023) now 2026 being my third time and I can sadly say the property isn’t what it used to be; it’s going downhill terribly and it’s sad to see because these are the few apartments that aren’t cookie cutters however the buildings are severely neglected, pool parties are a thing here which includes loud music playing, people smoking marijuana, drinking alcohol throughout the day! MAA Addison has been a smooth process of renting an apartment. From touring the premises to handling paperwork, Efrain was very helpful through it all and has been a pleasure to work with. He has taken effort to answer all questions and clarify any uncertainties and even made accommodations because we were traveling from out of town. I’ve had a very positive experience living at MAA. The community is well maintained, and whenever I’ve needed assistance, the staff has always been kind, professional, and helpful. I especially appreciate how responsive the maintenance team is and how quickly they take care of any issues. It really makes a difference and makes this feel like a comfortable place to call home.
