Living at Addison circle was a nightmare for my husband and I. We had two neighbors from hell that would stay up all night drinking, chain smoking, yelling, revving cars and motorcycles, etc. I didn’t sleep well for nearly 3 years living here. Shaye and Beckey are good, besides that everyone is money hungry liars who wouldn’t respect residents, I complained about noise, showed them evidence, there’s no option to video here. Unit was available for transfer, did not let me transfer. They would let neighbors smoking cigarettes, chain smoking all the time till midnight, they say it’s not in their policy, people can smoke in balcony. 1-2 times a days is okay, neighbors been smoking 10-15 cigarettes a day. I moved into this complex March 2025. It's a good, safe place to reside. The only issue is the elevators in my building haven't worked for at least 5-6 months. It's gotten ridiculous; this was a perk when I signed my lease.

Former resident who moved out in June. Overall, my experience was good, but there were definite downsides. The location is great, lots of restaurants, bars, and events like Oktoberfest and Kaboomtown. However, those events bring huge crowds of non-residents who don’t always respect that this is a residential area. Event days were chaotic. Traffic and parking were a headache during events.
