I do not live here, however everyone I've talked to who lives here or visits friends here says management is terrible. They don't pay for the large amount of repairs that need to be done. There's a crazy alcoholic who lives in one of the buildings across the street from the dog park who spends his time outside drinking, smoking, harassing people, screaming at people at all hours of the night and stalking people. We moved here in the beginning of this year, and our experience has been unmatched! No bugs, friendly faces, and a great maintenance team. (Not to mention the active community and walkable atmosphere.) Ronze specifically has been such a help. Our garbage disposal had been acting up, and every time he would fix it promptly. I have lived at MAA Addison Circle for almost 2 years now. The biggest reason why we love it so much is because of our maintenance man Ronzee!!! He is very friendly, kind, quick, and consistent. He makes living here a joy and makes usual maintenance “pains” easy, fun, and super fast!
Lulu is a great leasing agent very knowledgeable about the property, great with resident assistance. Diana Baez is very helpful and accommodating for the residents. Alexandria Guzman is very sweet, knows her stuff, very helpful. Lupita Limas is great, very knowledgeable about the property, the units, Great helpful staff and a beautiful area to live, or just visit for the day.
The only thing this place has going for it is the location. It’s by some great restaurants and being on Addison Circle is a plus. BUT… in my time here, I experienced roaches in two apartments I lived in and mold all in the HVAC system. They cleaned the vents but that was it. Mold this bad typically stems from an abundance of moisture throughout the whole HVAC, not just the vents.
