Efrain helped with the application and approval to move in to MAA Addison Circle, and he was great. I appreciate the clean and comfortable layout. I especially appreciate being close to all the events in town. Will update as I learn more of the property.
This review is not about the office staff as they were helpful during office hours in trying to get this resolved. The ac began having a strong acetone smell. On June 9, 2026 at 11:40am, service request FNTS319 was submitted. The smell was so strong that we had to turn the ac off. We tried it at different intervals to see if the acetone smell was gone but it was not. On June 10th at 1:33pm a second request was submitted since the temperature was above 80 degrees in Texas heat.
