Jay is absolutely wonderful. He's kind, professional and friendly. Always very responsive to requests and asks if everything is working well even when he sees you around the neighborhood. The best maintenance I've ever had.
Do not live here! Out of all the property management companies that I have dealt with, this has to be the worst one out of all of them. They have an “us-against-them” mentality and just brush everything off like it’s not a big deal. First, the gate to the parking garage in building 1. Their response is just “it’s broken”. I moved six months ago and it was so smooth. Everyone at the office is very kind, the maintenance team is outstanding and get work orders done quick, the place is very doggy friendly, very walkable area with parks and restaurants.
Allow me to begin with what an experience of witnessing this property was. To start if you are looking for a young, walkable, social able, and a complex for adults essentially, this is your go to.
