Strongly reconsider before leasing here. My experience reflects ongoing management and property condition concerns: 1. Rainwater leaks through the windows during storms. This occurs repeatedly and indicates unresolved exterior sealing or structural maintenance issues. 2. Denied a documented ESA request despite providing a licensed medical provider’s letter. 3.
