Have you met Lupita in the MAA Addison office? If not then you should. She has been awesome helping us with our move and I am have been so happy with the experience. Moving is stressful and having a someone really help and be attentive can be hard to find. She is a joy and absolutely recommend her!
Great location; driving, near tons of restaurants, grocery stores and highways. The property is nice, love how walkable it is to the nearby park, coffee shops. or food. Also thanks to the leasing office, Efrain, who made sure the move in process went smoothly, answered all my question, and has been very helpful after moving in.
My favorite best experience living in an apartment ever!! The scenery is so beautiful, the nearby restaurants/bars, the maintenance team especially Jay was more than anything we could’ve ever asked for. Jay is such an amazing human being, he really cares about the residents and the work he does and it is evident in the care he takes of the residents and the property. I put 3 stars, because I just have issue with the building, and the area, but the stuff right there were so good and helpful, the building is old, and I afraid from insects, specially cockroaches, but they didn’t free me from termination fee, even they can, but they did not.
