To start ..when we moved in nothing was fixed or inspected. Doors unhinged. Adhesive still on bathroom windows. Roof leaking every time it rains. Sockets not working..first issue. Additionally, I’ve been charged for pet insurance and renters insurance 4 different times and they STILL keep adding it on like we haven’t discussed this several times. Been a resident at the place for 2 years. Ronse and Gabriel are the best guys at this place. Ronse's the handsome guy, and Gabriel is the calm one! They always fix up my maintenance requests very quickly.
