My wife and I recently completed the process needed to have Attorney Joel Bernstein draw up wills and irrevocable trusts for us both. The online course helped us get a basic understanding of the utility of trusts in our estate planning, particularly for Massachusetts residents. We used Bernstein Law for estate planning and updating our wills etc. They are friendly, encourage questions, and in general make us feel comfortable in our choice of law firm. Joel is great at explaining what all the legalese means in our terms. He has a good way of explaining life events and how our intentions will get carried out.
