One star was given because we like the manufactured home but dealing with Ma Williams was a nightmare from the beginning. Consistent lack of communication, multiple errors in pricing (final price was 30% higher than quote), attempted overcharging of delivery fees by $13,500. And the list goes on. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I called and asked for pricing and I was told they would email me that along with information on lending options. I received an email that had zero information on models and pricing and zero information about lending options. I called today and asked again for help with the same needs. I spoke to Tim. It became very unprofessional very quick, he was short fused, talked over me and he was aggressive.
