First problem is one of the bathrooms had roaches in the bathtub during the model tour. We proceeded to talk to Rebecca to ask some questions. She was unprofessional and made inappropriate comments. I told her we weren’t sure what our exact income to debt ratio is because I’m approaching my college graduation in the next few months. she made a distasteful face and said, “um Highschool”. We just had our gorgeous home delivered through MaWilliams. Lavon was knowledgeable and gracious through the entire process- and we had some “off the wall” requests that she tried her best to accommodate! We customized our home quite a bit, asked a million questions, and Lavon was lovely the entire time. We also dealt with the owner, Kelly, multiple times who was beyond helpful and kind. One star was given because we like the manufactured home but dealing with Ma Williams was a nightmare from the beginning. Consistent lack of communication, multiple errors in pricing (final price was 30% higher than quote), attempted overcharging of delivery fees by $13,500. And the list goes on. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
