Great boxing gym for experience at all levels. Keith is the best trainer around. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough about Keith and his gym. Very welcoming atmosphere. He took me right in and began working with me on everything. You can tell he cares about this place and the people in it! Plus, he has the experience a boxer needs in the Ring. If you want to get into boxing I highly recommend this gym!!!
I can’t recommend Keith enough. Since training with him, I’ve gained so much confidence not only physically, but mentally too. Every session pushes me to be better while still feeling supportive and motivating. He makes workouts challenging but fun, and genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does, and it creates such a positive environment to train in. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, Highly recommend!
Ma-Sheen Fitness is amazing! I’m a beginner to boxing and Keith has been nothing but encouraging and kind. He is also very knowledgeable about the sport and fitness in general. The people at the gym are friendly and welcoming as well! I’m happy to have a workout I genuinely enjoy and look forward to completing. I definitely recommend!!
Been boxing here for 3 years and it’s been great! Kieth is a great coach with tons of experience, knowledge and from 0 has built me up to a winning boxer! Would give 10/5 stars if I could!
