Dr. Guzman and her staff are excellent!
The wait was very long. I was not seen until nearly an hour past my appointment time. Dr. Guzman’s bedside manner was poor. She was incredibly condescending, and fixated on semantics while I was describing my symptoms. As someone who works in healthcare, I felt disrespected and disappointed with the care provided. Despite this, her staff are lovely.
Dr.Guzman is thorough. I trust she will not miss anything. I like working with her — I find she’s truly listening to me. She is BUSY, but I’ve never had a hard time getting an appointment. I think she’s great.
