I went in for a minor ear infection With mild pain, I just wanted to get it cleared up. I left the appointment unable to hear in my left ear!! I was told my ears were dirty and Dr. Guzman Asked if I wanted to have them cleaned, that it would be a quick five minutes. Not only was it painful, it ended up being a two person job and 20 minutes of them trying to clean out my ear. Dr. Guzman and her staff are excellent!
The wait was very long. I was not seen until nearly an hour past my appointment time. Dr. Guzman’s bedside manner was poor. She was incredibly condescending, and fixated on semantics while I was describing my symptoms. As someone who works in healthcare, I felt disrespected and disappointed with the care provided. Despite this, her staff are lovely.
