Great doctor. I'm sorry but the 3 out of 5 stars are because of the receptionist. Too bad she's so rude and has no respect or compassion. She has no phone etiquette and constantly calls female patients Ma'am but in a very arrogant and patronizing way, not respectful way at all, kind of like artificially trying to compensate for her rudeness by calling women Ma'am.
Dr. Ma has been very kind and helpful, for which I would give a five star. However, one of the receptionists is extremely rude and disrespectful. I had bad experience every time I spoke with her over the phone. She is lack of empathy and patience and she constantly cuts me off while I was talking.
