They got my prescription wrong. Promissed the thinnest lenses and paid extra for that, and got thick lenses that make your eyes appear small. I had the prescription from somewhere else, and I had the frame. I paid 450$ for the lenses alone, which I said fine since I am promised the ultra thin and best quality. Turned out to be wrong. Insurance covered part of that, but I had to pay for new lenses somewhere else. Bad experience.
