Had an excellent experience working with Ali at MA Jewelers. He was friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff. What stood out most was how easy he made the entire experience—no pressure, just straightforward advice and great service. Ali clearly values building relationships with his customers and making sure they leave happy. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a jeweler in the Joliet area! Oh and Vanessa, Jasmine, Arely and Jimena are amazing too!

Great staff and inventory. Mick made me feel like family. He took time to listen first and then followed that up by showing me a number of great options to choose from. Definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the market for quality jewelry.
Sorry I had to change my review. After having our jewelry for a short time we have had lots of issues. My husbands ring has fallen apart several times. We brought it in for repair and was given a 2nd ring. Both rings have fallen apart and emerald stones lost. I have lost stones from my wedding band , they did fix that and is ok so far. The gifts we gave out have fallen apart. My MIL jewelry has since lost many stones. Most others have had issues of lost stones or broken jewelry.
