Had to cancel my membership because of the location change. Became difficult to make time when before it was literally a few buildings away from my work. After the move and trying to cancel, after the initial cancellation charge, I kept getting charged and when called, they said we never cancelled membership despite me having a copy of the form. Had to show proof of cancellation and now waiting for a refund.
Very professional and with great staff and trainers. Rodney is a very classy guy and has much training knowledge!
