Went by the store a few times the past month, not even around their posted hours. What’s the point of having store hours if you’re randomly closed so often? When consulting with (not sure of his name), I found the curtain offering to be in poor taste and somewhat outdated. Went to The Shade Company and The Shades Store instead, much better service and style.

I recently hired this company for custom linen draperies throughout my new home. Drapes are beautiful. I had an issue with the remote control system- they emailed, texted ahd called and came back and not only made sure all was working - they wrote me detailed instructions and tolerated my move/ stress induced melt down with grace. My experience with them has been a quality product, gracious and prompt customer service and follow up.

Faulty product and poor customer service: I bought 6 motorized blinds here and 2 broke after one year of light use, and they refused to help repair under warranty and asked for a fee. They also wouldn't explain what broke and claimed user error such as water damage despite the blinds being in a dry safe environment with almost no use. I'd expect for the price, they would help me understand what broke, as I couldn't trust paying for their repairs as it could just break again. Unfortunately they no showed the appointment we booked with them for today 11-1pm. We arranged it by phone yesterday and provided all the necessary details. My wife waited for 2 hours, no one showed up and there was no phone call to her saying that they would be late. No communication was had at all. We called them after 1pm once the appt window expired and were told “Oh the guy is running late”. Maybe have some courtesy to call your clients and let them know you’re going to be late? …bye.

Can't say enough good things about M&A Design! Worked with both Mike and Ayash -- years of experience, knew exactly what I needed, delivered great, personalized service every step of the way. My prewar apartment's windows are crooked and misaligned in every way possible, but Mike installed my shades so that they fit and work perfectly. Look no further -- these guys are the best!
