I am very upset with this company. We were approved in 2024 to have our house repaired, but as of 2026, we still have not received any notification or information about when the work will begin. This delay is completely unacceptable. We have been waiting for over two years without any progress or communication. At this point, it feels like a fraud.
COMPLETE FRAUD!!! ESTA COMPAÑÍA ROBA!! I do not recommend this company. We paid this company with our insurance check 11/06/24 $9,198.89 and they never fixed our roof until today 05/28/26
FRAUD!!!!! MY GRANDFATHER PAID THEM OVER A YEAR AGO TO FIX THE ROOF AND THEY NEVER CAME TO FIX IT. NOW WE HAVE RECEIVED INFORMATION THAT THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED FOR DOING THIS TO OTHERS. THEY HAVE DISMISSED MY MOTHERS CALLS MULTIPLE TIMES WHEN SHE HAS TRIED TO CALL THEM AS SHE IS THEIR REPRESENTATIVE AND HAS PERMISSION FROM MY GRANDFATHER TO SPEAK FOR HIM. UNPROFESSIONAL!
