So they are smart enough to delete their old profile and create a new one to get rid of all the bad reviews! And then get some of their friends to write fake reviews! Make sure you don’t use them if you want rude condescending behaviour, errors on your taxes and having to pay back the CRA for their mistakes. They made such stupid mistakes on my application for which I had to pay the CRA including interest on the mistakes.
