I called this number online to see how I can get my child daughter 10 braids at the top restitced only as she has knotless braids in the back and to see which service to select since it’s only the top ten braids nothing else. The owner of the phone said hello and to do knotless touch up and hung up. I would say they are unprofessional and the customer service is horrible.

This is my second time getting my hair braided by this salon. The first time I got my hair braided I loved it ! They were sm/med boho braids . They used all the hair I brought in . It was full and pretty, . The second time I came in for the same style and size. They upcharged me even tho I showed them a picture of what they did before . I asked them to use both packs of boho hair. At the end of my appointment I was given back almost a bungle of boho hair . My hair was thin . And I was not happy . Very nice place with nice people that do hair well. Recommend calling to make an appointment as it can be busy, and you know how long some of these styles can take. That being said they often have two sometimes three people working on a head (depending on the style) to make it go faster. Luckily I just get fancy cornrows so I don't need all that lol. You can ask them to wash your hair too for a reasonable amount extra!

I’ve been going to Ma belle since they were doing hair outside of their home. I always have the best experience everyone is so nice and lovely!! Their hands are so blessed they do the best braids in Columbus. Beautiful black women. I love them all!!!
