We have been going to ma and paws for over 3 years and I heard rumors of how they can upcharge you. Well first off they never tell you that if you book in advance that they give you a free service like mail grinding. And when I did book ahead of time and my dog did get groomed I asked after they were done if they did the free service and they said no. I thought hmmm. Then this was the last straw.
