Really good communication, fast and went over & above for what we asked!
I ordered my first graphic kit from M7 the other week. When I received it, a few parts of the design didn’t line up perfectly on my 2020 CRF450RX, and the grey colour was slightly off. I understand this can happen with printed graphics since every year, make, and model can have small variations. I likely wouldn’t have mentioned the colour if the design had lined up properly. So i was happy with the design and colours. But downfall it took so long for them to send me a email with proofs , finally I got it installed I didn’t realize there woukd be so much gapping between the edge of the wrap and the panels. Also I I had Polaris on the upper side panels on the front and they aren’t even straight. You would think the person proofing should know this. I expected better for the price I paid for this wrap. I gave them 5 stars though bc customers service is really good and thank you for reaching out.

very disappointed! bought our very first wraps with them and it ended up taking longer than it said to deliver and it was not in the busy time either. then when they got delivered they failed to say anything on their page and checkout that upon delivery there will be an additional $250 otherwise you dont get the wrap. finally we go to put them on and my husbands fit to length but did not line up on the right side at all. nothing we could have spotted during proofing. and then mine! mine was about 4-5 inches short on the trac... read more
