Absolutely atrocious service from start to finish. Booked my van in for a service on a Saturday morning 7.30 am. Got told it would take a few hours and they would phone me when the van was ready. Didn’t hear a single thing from them. By 1pm still nothing. I got a taxi there as it stated on google that it closed at 1.30. I found the place shut up with no one to be seen. Zero correspondence the whole weekend. I had to cancel a £480 camping trip with my family as the van is our family vehicle (crew cab 6 seater). I then had to ... read more
