Joe and Tiffany are fantastic! I had a couple of issues, one was covered by insurance and one was out of pocket. Both were handled very professionally! Communication from beginning to end, was awesome! And a huge thing for me was how quickly it was all done! I still have a lot of camping to do this summer so I appreciated that so very much! Never again. My vent crank was broken, my gas tank drained - took 3 weeks before they even touched it. Had a list of repairs. 2 we're done and charged me over $500!!!! Never ever again. Extremely disappointed.
I would highly recommend M53 RV for any needs you may have with your RV. We have used them for years. The owner Joe is so professional, knowledgeable and kind. They winterize our camper every year and fix all the incidentals in between. They absolutely keep us Happy Campers.
Had a last-minute repair done on our awning. The guys at m53 were quick to get it repaired. I'll admit I was doubtful they'd have it repaired in time for the 4th. They proved me wrong! Thanks again! I'll be back for everything else i need done.
Very knowledgable about our trailer issues and willing to help, 5 stars!!!
