Joe and the entire staff are very friendly and supportive. They do their best to work around your schedule and provide excellent service. All campers eventually break down, so I’ll be taking mine back to M53 RV.
Very good place to do business with. Was in a pinch a couple days before a week long camping trip and broke my awning. They had a used one very reasonably priced to get me back up and going.
Joe and Tiffany are fantastic! I had a couple of issues, one was covered by insurance and one was out of pocket. Both were handled very professionally! Communication from beginning to end, was awesome! And a huge thing for me was how quickly it was all done! I still have a lot of camping to do this summer so I appreciated that so very much! Never again. My vent crank was broken, my gas tank drained - took 3 weeks before they even touched it. Had a list of repairs. 2 we're done and charged me over $500!!!! Never ever again. Extremely disappointed.
