Very good place to do business with. Was in a pinch a couple days before a week long camping trip and broke my awning. They had a used one very reasonably priced to get me back up and going.
Joe and Tiffany are fantastic! I had a couple of issues, one was covered by insurance and one was out of pocket. Both were handled very professionally! Communication from beginning to end, was awesome! And a huge thing for me was how quickly it was all done! I still have a lot of camping to do this summer so I appreciated that so very much! Never again. My vent crank was broken, my gas tank drained - took 3 weeks before they even touched it. Had a list of repairs. 2 we're done and charged me over $500!!!! Never ever again. Extremely disappointed.
I would highly recommend M53 RV for any needs you may have with your RV. We have used them for years. The owner Joe is so professional, knowledgeable and kind. They winterize our camper every year and fix all the incidentals in between. They absolutely keep us Happy Campers.
