We experienced a crisis with our computers this week. Critical data spontaneously disappeared. The company we had thought was backing up that data made a mistake and was not actually do so. Nightmare. We contacted M5 and they worked the next 3 days - miraculously, almost all of the files were retrieved and restored! They revamped the server and back ups. We are so grateful for their knowledge, professionalism, and skill. We highly recommend M5 for small business IT needs (and for actually backing up your data!)
