Five stars isn’t enough. Having suffered a fault at my home, I contacted M5 the following day. That afternoon they were at my property. Part was required to be shipped in. During transit they scheduled my appointment so I wouldn’t be left waiting. Electrician arrived on time. Knew exactly what to fix. Gave us a verbal rundown of what he’d done and left.
