Went to M4 van centre on Wednesday. Was seen by Lee who was so knowledgeable and helpful with the vans. He left us to discuss the vans on our own and we felt there was no pressure at all. We took the chosen van out for a test drive and decided to buy it. We picked it up on Friday midday and can honestly say we would definitely buy again from them and would recommend them to any of our friends who are looking to buy a van. Thank you Lee for a great service.
I'm leaving this review commenting on a bad experience I had with this company. 2 weeks ago I found a Renault low loader on Google. I dealt with Darren and made an appointment to go in. Drove up to Swindon from London to discover the vehicle was in the garage and not available to test drive. Totally disappointed from what was promised form offset to the level of service I received. 1. I was informed the van had done 22,000 , miles and had a recent service. Well the van had done 24,000 and the service was done in March 6000 miles ago. 2.I was told if we paid a £200 holding deposit which we would receive back.
