I paid for a full engine rebuild and brake job at this shop (Invoice #000181, May 2026). The car broke down immediately after I picked it up — cam issue, rapid oil and coolant loss, and a seized brake caliper. It had to be flatbedded back to the shop the same day. The owner has not resolved the issue, avoided phone calls, and only responded by text saying he was "busy." I have since filed a formal complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this shop not only do they work on BMW’s they do it all! Especially a huge shoutout to Bryan. He consistently provides top-notch service, always taking the time to make sure everything is handled professionally and efficiently. Bryan is knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about his customers and their cars. Every visit has been smooth, stress-free, and completed with excellent communication from start to finish. Highly recommend this shop.
