Be cautious with this shop. The mechanic misdiagnosed my BMW M4 and replaced a working OEM part with a lower-quality part from AutoZone, even though my original part didn’t need replacing. I went in for a specific issue, and now my car is worse off than before. When I requested my original part back, the response was unprofessional and dismissive, making me question the integrity of their service. Very unprofessional and a scammer. Great people very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. Even if you have a questions, they’ll take time and explain it to you. Not looking to get over you getting money from you just again a customer.
Great people for sure, came across them while buying a car and being from being out of state and had a pre inspection done for a bmw. Took the time out of their day and did out of kindness. Shop seems to be doing work that goes above and beyond.
