I advised her that someone worked there under my name in 2024 they reported 89k in income to the irs and she said no we didnt someone called last week about this. I asked her was she not concerned? Company hires felons who have very long criminal history's. Trevario pillar works for this company and has been charged with first degree murder as well as contributing to the delinquency of a child aggravated robbery . And elder abuse . Choose who u hire carefully u never know who will be coming in your home or business keep your family safe .
Not a very good company to work for. When you hear about the issues with middle management, M3’s “service department” in Nashville is the epitome of just that. Ignorant, arrogant, undeserving, and inexperienced employees play the managerial role, yet lack any basic leadership fundamentals, and qualities. Because of their inability to lead, motivate, and build a good team, they MICROMANAGE.
