Trevario pillar works for this company and has been charged with first degree murder as well as contributing to the delinquency of a child aggravated robbery . And elder abuse . Not a very good company to work for. When you hear about the issues with middle management, M3’s “service department” in Nashville is the epitome of just that. Ignorant, arrogant, undeserving, and inexperienced employees play the managerial role, yet lack any basic leadership fundamentals, and qualities. Because of their inability to lead, motivate, and build a good team, they MICROMANAGE.
