Bre is an amazing Pilates instructor! She does a great job with instruction and pays particular attention to form so you get the best results out of your session. As a beginner, I struggle to wrap my head around the positions and form, but Bre really makes you feel comfortable and is a great teacher. At 46, this is the first form of exercise that I actually look forward to every week and don’t dread. Definitely a great addition to my health journey!

Bre’s beginner Pilates class at M3Endeavors is an absolute gem! She’s incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about each participant’s progress. Her calm, motivating energy and perfectly curated playlist create such a peaceful vibe—every session feels both effective and restorative. Highly recommend!
After back surgery in April 2023, I never imagined I’d feel this strong. With the guidance of my personal trainer Jeff Davis and the support of Reformer Pilates classes, I rebuilt my strength, improved my mobility that I had lost and it has even reversed my osteopenia in the spine. My scans show no signs of it at all. This combination has truly been life-changing especially for my age!!! I would recommend M3 to everyone!
Pain level was a 7-10 out of 10 for a month and 1/2 and was told surgery may be needed. Decided therapy before surgery and what a blessing. After my first therapy session my pain level was 2-3 , the lowest in almost two months. BETTER and BETTER!! Thanks M3 and Physical Therapy.
