He goes out of his way to make sure everything comes together smoothly, from sourcing samples to suggesting the right alternatives when timelines are tight. He’s patient, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about helping you get it right. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that makes all the difference. I highly recommend M2! From their customer service to their knowledge to their vast selection, I had a great experience. Brett was incredibly supportive at every point—from tile selection to ordering to picking my order up. I have gone to other tile stores and found the holistic experience here unmatched.
It’s an amazing place with variety of very high quality choices. The show room is so beautiful that makes you want to renovate everything. I found the tiles that i did not see in many different stores I had visited prior. I worked with Brett who was great with recommending and explaining the products.
