This was not good customer service We walked into the front no hello no nothing We asked for assistance after we notice the other gentleman who entered few mins after right away they acknowledged asked for help I asked for help and I told her the tile and series. I have bought slide black tile (2x4) and more than half of the tiles delivered were chipped. I also bought two additional boxes and picked up myself (transported with care), and they were also chipped. UPDATE - Manager has reached out to me and offered resolution.
I had excellent help from Erica wolfe matching up tiles a friend gave me. Emailed me right away and took care of needs really quick.
