We have worked with M2 on various projects over the last 5+ years and even though we shop around, we always end up returning here to buy. They go above and beyond in terms of service and they have a beautifully curated selection of tiles. My only complaint is that we tend to spend way too long in the showroom just looking at pretty tiles that we don't have the rooms for! We definitely recommend M2!

This was not good customer service We walked into the front no hello no nothing We asked for assistance after we notice the other gentleman who entered few mins after right away they acknowledged asked for help I asked for help and I told her the tile and series. There was zero effort in looking for it she then said we don't know what your looking for if I checked their catalog?
