These pathetic individuals went out of there way to avoid having me in court to oppose anything, I have lived in the same house with the same phone number for about 10 years now and they never once attempted to serve me any paperwork for court, took a $400 debt pushed it through by posting un the newspaper 3 months i guess and got a judgment for 4900 and change... I did an Exemption for the Garnishment and they didn't contest it... almost as if the last things the cowards wanted was to see a judge with me actually being allo... read more
