Fantastic--Michael stands behind his doors! He replaced my entire entry door well beyond what would be a reasonable warranty timeframe, and at no cost! Hard to believe, but absolutely true. The top of my original door wasn't quite straight, allowing water inside the home, especially during high winds/rain and when washing the exterior. My home builder replaced some of the wood flooring inside and adjusted the weather seal under warranty, but determined the door was good enough per local building standards.
