They don't know how to cut hairs. Zero customer service. They do what they want to do.
0% customer service, please avoid visiting this salon! The lady at the counter is so rude and I asked a question and she continued cribbing in her language which I couldn’t understand. So unprofessional!
We went there yesterday on 25th of January 2025, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. They completely ruined my husband’s hair, and instead of owning up to it or offering an apology, the staff was incredibly rude. The haircut was nothing like we asked for, and when we tried to address the issue, they were dismissive and defensive. It was frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not worth the money or the stress.
