Mike was fantastic at helping to find the cause of a leak! Really friendly, came out quickly and overall a top job! I will definitely have him on speed dial now!
Very prompt response to an unsatisfactory situation of leak to the 5" braided hose service to toilet cistern. Replaced with compression jointed isolation valve and 22mm copper pipe of same length after three hours and £200 later. Did not phone to let me know in advance how 'fiddly' the job was and quite taken aback by the bill presented by invoice post works, that came with immediate payment terms!
I have employed Mike a number of times now on both plumbing and central heating jobs. I have found his work to be of good quality and would not hesitate to recommend him.
Thanks to Mike for his superb detective work in solving the cause of the leak into our dining room from the back of the bath overflow upstairs! He arrived promptly and was methodical in finding the cause, and also helped to diagnose the fault in our dishwasher too!
Always anxious when calling a trade person you don't know but I was really happy with the service I received and would happily recommend M1. Thanks
