I was extremely disappointed with my experience. After signing a contract to purchase a property and spending several days progressing the transaction, I was informed that it had been sold to another buyer. I was never given the opportunity to revise my offer despite there apparently being competing interest. The property ultimately sold for only $3,000 more than my offer, which left me questioning the transparency of the process. Communication and professionalism throughout were disappointing.
Mehmet was always available to answer questions and his knowledge of the local market facilitated a quick sale for a price above what I was expecting. Mehmet is a gentleman and a very experienced businessman.
