I have been working with Ania for a little while now, she is so kind and worked at a pace I was comfortable with. I have multiple serious traumatic experiences in my past that have greatly restricted my ability to enjoy life to its fullest. With Ania and EMDR I can now enjoy life as I have never known it before, people close to me see a huge transformation in me and my kids have a better mum. Sceptical of EMDR and how it will work? All I can say is try it because Ania is amazing.
I cannot recommend Ania enough, she has been the most insightful and helpful therapist I've had. Very professional and thoughtful - she also makes a great caramel latte!
