I rented an apartment in Penrith through M1 and loved dealing with Paige! She’s the nicest real estate agent I think I’ve ever dealt with. Nothing was ever a hassle, and she always got back to me with any questions I had. Highly recommend renting through M1!
The service has become extremely poor. Communication is unclear, building issues are not explained block A or Block B and nothing gets followed through. I’ve lived here for over eight years, and the rooftop has never been maintained Car basement filthy. They promise the world when you move in, but after a few years the care factor drops to zero. Very disappointing experience dealing with building manager. Communication is consistently poor and residents are treated as though asking for basic updates is unreasonable. I wasn’t asking for repairs to be completed immediately. I simply wanted to know when parts were expected to arrive and when repairs were likely to occur for a facility that has been unavailable for use for extended period.
