I am very pleased with the outcome of my car, they do excellent work. Staff was friendly and they were easy to get a hold when called, they answered all my questions. One star off because it took longer than the initial estimate was quoted for. I was told about 10 days, but it ended up taking exactly 3 weeks. My 23 f150 had some factory defects with the roof ditch seam sealer cracking and peeling. Having worked in a body shop before, I always hate pulling glass, and breaking factory clear coat open for a repair. I was nervous about how I would get the truck back. Would there be tape lines, would the glass work be good, could I find damage for the r+I process. When I tell you the work was perfect, I'm not kidding. It looks just like factory. Joy was excellent.
Repair took over a month and I literally broke down within 7 miles of the collision center. The coolant tank is bone dry. So disappointed to have a 2024 vehicle repaired like this if it was test driven. Given a Ford Escape....thanks for the equivalent.
Special shout out to body shop manager Joy. Actually took the time to call me back and discuss the scenario. I special ordered an allocation car And didn't think I would ever see it. The delivery driver snagged it on the trailer and damaged the front end. Joy and the shop did everything they could to get the car back as soon as possible and it looked great.
