Special shout out to body shop manager Joy. Actually took the time to call me back and discuss the scenario. I special ordered an allocation car And didn't think I would ever see it. The delivery driver snagged it on the trailer and damaged the front end. Joy and the shop did everything they could to get the car back as soon as possible and it looked great. Mids experience. Primary concern after front end collision were my alignment, clunking noise and the airbag light. — those were unattended. These guys proceeded to do a modest job at lining up the front end parts and pulling the frame out which caused more of an eyesore than it drove in with. And the body lines amongst the front four panels were not much better than when I dropped it off. The estimate is NOT FREE after they tear your vehicle apart they make you pay before you can get your vehicle back. It's called a mechanical lein. It's in the contract so please don't think it's going to be a free estimate because it's not.
Had an overall good experience here. Sent my truck in to have some damage repaired. I got it back in amazing condition. Looked brand new. No issues there. There was a point where they called me told me it would actually be a week to 10 days longer than they had quoted me because "one of the guys forgot to order a part for it."
