My 23 f150 had some factory defects with the roof ditch seam sealer cracking and peeling. Having worked in a body shop before, I always hate pulling glass, and breaking factory clear coat open for a repair. I was nervous about how I would get the truck back. Joy was excellent.
Repair took over a month and I literally broke down within 7 miles of the collision center. The coolant tank is bone dry. So disappointed to have a 2024 vehicle repaired like this if it was test driven. Given a Ford Escape....thanks for the equivalent.
Special shout out to body shop manager Joy. Actually took the time to call me back and discuss the scenario. I special ordered an allocation car And didn't think I would ever see it. The delivery driver snagged it on the trailer and damaged the front end. Joy and the shop did everything they could to get the car back as soon as possible and it looked great. Mids experience. Primary concern after front end collision were my alignment, clunking noise and the airbag light. — those were unattended. These guys proceeded to do a modest job at lining up the front end parts and pulling the frame out which caused more of an eyesore than it drove in with. And the body lines amongst the front four panels were not much better than when I dropped it off.
