STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A neighborhood contractor we negotiated and came to a verbal agreement to do some work on a apartment and was promised the job would be finished in 2 weeks, after a month in a half i had to stop the project with the owner no where in site and using old used materials, not taking their garages. Few weeks later i receive an invoice which was higher then we originally agreed. No wonder they're doing business as M & Z Construction Contracting Corp.
