If I could give zero stars, that's what I would give. The staff is so unbelievably unprofessional. All of Karneys nurses and on call staff are very unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment 3 months ago, time comes and apparently its in their notes that I was notified my appointment had been cancelled due to Karneys other priorities. First of all, I never even received a call let alone a confirmation to cancel my appointment. Second, they expect me to take ANOTHER day off work so this entire process can re-cycle.
