Client service is the worst. I provided my documents at the end of Feb. When April came around they were not completed. I followed up almost every week no response. She was always on a “call”, “sick” or had a “family emergency.” I didn’t find out my taxes were not completed until I went to the office and even then it took a while to receive service. Martha assisted me because Maggie was supposedly sick and then she tells me that her fee is double which I believe she should have explained before even attempting to do my taxes... read more

Let me start off with i hardly write any reviews but i need to warn people of this place. This place is super unprofessional. Everyones tax documents are on a pile on he floor. Once you get your taxes back your refund is very low. I was told it would only take 1 week but it took way longer. When you call for updates you get told somone will call you back and they never do. You need to call everyday if you want them to work on it. They don't work regular business hours. It seems like they only have 1 tax person and 2 people h... read more

These are the most unprofessional people I've ever met. My boyfriend and I go here. Last year was fine but this year they messed up my boyfriend's return so we had to get them redone but they are selfish people that made use wait 2 months. Told us they would be done by may 17th. May 20th comes along and no call or word on anything. No updates nothing. So we call get an appointment for 1 pm. We arrive 10 min early just for them to say oh we didn't know you were coming in.
