Absolute scam artists. They reached out pretending to be with our insurance company and pressuring us to drop our car off to be inspected. From the jump we explained to them that a rental was needed because this was our family car and they told us that they were working on it. After the car was dropped off they just stopped responding to us and we had not heard anything for about 5 days.
