One of the worst plumbing experiences. Had a warranty call through the Dan Ryan Builders to replace a shower pan and Stan from M W Willard was called to perform the replacement (due to a faulty shower pan). A few days after installation we used the shower and noticed that the water was pooling in the corner next to the sliding door(See pictures). Very unprofessional. Had some repairs done previously in the bathroom and ran into a few issues. The service department plumber spent half of the time complaining about how the previous plumber didn't do a good job. The company doesn't fill me with confidence, after hearing their own plumber slam other plumbers in the business he works for.
