One of the worst plumbing experiences. Had a warranty call through the Dan Ryan Builders to replace a shower pan and Stan from M W Willard was called to perform the replacement (due to a faulty shower pan). A few days after installation we used the shower and noticed that the water was pooling in the corner next to the sliding door(See pictures).
