I went here with a knocking sound in my transmission and Bill put in a new transmission for me but was quite stand off-ish. When I asked to go into the back of the shop to see what was going on he denied me access saying it was an "insurance policy".. go ahead and look it up, there is no policy saying a customer cannot enter the shop. I will not bring my vehicle here again.
I am traveling from NYS in an Airstream. I stopped here and spoke to Mr. Bill Arpin at length. He diagnosed my issue without any charges! This is as good as it gets. Thank you Bill.
We had a last minute request to get some bearings re-packed with grease on an old trailer we bought before the opening of hunting season. We called a few different places, and M&W was the most accomodating and easy to work with. They had us in and out in less than 2 days. Really appreciated the service and quick turnaround.
