We have purchased 2 forklifts from these guys. The first one we had to put 5 new tires on after we received it because they were all flat spotted. They shipped us the wrong forklift the second time. Once the right lift was delivered we discovered it had a bent fork. M&W tried to say the bent fork was our fault and not their's. After several "persuasive" phone calls they finally sent us new forks. I will never buy anything from these buys again!!
