Almost a year since I signed a contract and the house still isn't complete on a new build. They asked for more money two months after the house should have been completed. Breached the contract . Didn't respond to messages only when it worked for them. The post by Rebecca Graves, she is married in to this business, so take her post as you like, it might be a little bias. If anyone had similar issues with this builder please post, I would like to hear your story. Thanks.
