A poorly run business masquerading as a competent glass shop where none of the owners or managers have any background or actual field experience in the glass industry. With their understanding of what it takes to run a business or install a window, I wouldn't trust them to install one on my kid's dollhouse.
We chose M&W Glass for our custom shower glass because they were recommended by our contractor. Even though they were more expensive than the other quote from a local glass company, we went with M&W because they quoted us a quicker timeline for installation. That definitely didn’t turn out to be the case. When they showed up to install, we noticed one panel was significantly too small and had to point it out to the installers before they left. We have worked with Lyle and M&W Glass on a couple of commercial projects and they have been very easy to work with, very professional and do a great job! We will have them back on future projects!
Pretty displeased with this company. I arranged to have their contractor, Patrick, inspect a pair of damaged doors to my lobby. After inspection Patrick promised a quote via e-mail. After 2.5 weeks without a response I tried to contact the Patrick via phone, voice mail, and text message. No reply. After 5 more days without a response, I contacted the business. Only later that day did the contractor text me back explaining that he and the owner, Lyle, decided to “pass on this one.”
