Quality of work and response time was great! The tech was not the nicest. He was trash talking my vehicle saying how he is glad it was totaled and he didn't have to see it everyday anymore when he drives by my house. Said this at least 3 times. That car is my son's vehicle that he is building and he is only 14. Crushed my sons heart to hear this man say that. He took the power companys METER with him that is tagged to my address.
