Mark was quick, efficient and professional while he helped fix some malfunctioning ballasts at our clinic. He was polite with nearby patients and was knowledgeable about the issue at hand. Jayson from M&W was friendly, efficient, and expert today in replacing our two attic fans. Then he adjusted our four motion detector lights for us. We’re very grateful for wonderful customer service. M&W Electric looks out for their customers. They inspected the job and not only determined the repair needed but also advocated for us to the trailer park manager who ultimately took responsibility of the bill, being that the exterior meter box needed to be replaced and the park manager had previously told us that was our responsibility.
