I was told by friends this was a good company to use. I first went to their website, and right on the top of the site it had the office in Bend, Oregon and the phone number. When I called they said their shop in Bend had closed BUT they might have someone to help me, and the owner would call me back with that information. This was on a Friday morning. Tuesday afternoon I called them back and asked why they had said they'd call me, and yet they never did. Seems they no longer service Bend at all. And the young lady apologized... read more
