We called for service after noticing black dust around our vent covers. The team explained it was soot from the furnace mixing with regular dust. They performed a complete duct and furnace cleaning, including the blower assembly, and sanitized everything thoroughly. Now the vents are clean, the black dust is gone, and our home feels healthier overall.
