I bought my daughter her first car. A Toyota Aygo, Mike was the perfect gentleman with his sales talk. Offered a home delivery( in hindsight he couldn’t get rid of the car quick enough). When he delivered the car I asked where wheel locking nut/ key was. He apologised and said he’d left it on his desk and would pop it over after work this evening. LIE!!! Purchased a Range Rover Sport back in May 2024 Mike was an extremely helpful and very polite to start. We noticed an error with air suspension on the first visit and decided to walk away from the RRS. Mike fitted a new compressor in hope that it would fix the problem, so we decided to come for a second viewing. We managed to temp fix the suspension problem and purchase the car, unfortunately two days later the problem popped back up. Expensive for the age of cars being so old be careful
Exceptional service from Dave, nothing was too much effort, and he was always available to answer any question. Very happy with the new car presented as described in excellent condition Dave even went the extra mile to meet us halfway and exchange documents with the old numberplates for my part exchanged car. I will definitely let him know when I’m looking to change cars again.
