Great experience- very nicely done, I had a broken nail that needed fixing. You can’t tell which one it is, clean finish and lovely service by Joe - ask for him, he’s polite and caring.
Price of services doesn’t match longevity. Paid $75 for dip manicure, 3 of them POPPED off completely like there was no prep done AT ALL(!) by day 9. Unsanitary with the dip powder as well, dips your fingers into the dip powder bottle. Talk about a way to spread an infection! Also injures you while they do your nails! Rude and ignored me to my face when I was trying to make conversation with the tech. Tried to contact them, left a comment at their corporate office and no response.. (been 5 days) Do NOT recommend them at all.... read more
My main concern about my experience here was that the salon was beyond dirty. The handwashing sink along the back wall had both pink mold and mildew in every possible crevice. The trash was overflowing onto the counter, and there was grime around the entire rim of the receptacle. I was also unimpressed by their selection of M Vince-branded nail polish. The first 3 colors I requested for my toes were out of stock, and the nail technician demonstrated that the fourth was so dried out that he couldn't bring it back to life, so ... read more
